Thank you to observant officer

This morning (24 July) at 4.30am I found ADT Reaction Officer Lawrence Mtgombeni outside my neighbour’s property. 

I was leaving for work and thought something was wrong. 

I was very happy to see officer Mtgombeni was worried as they hadn’t closed their gate. 

He walked around making sure everything was ok. 

I told him I would phone the neighbours to tell them to close their gate. 

This ADT Officer was very helpful and it was so nice to see. 

I have been an ADT client since 2003 and I felt that he deserves a thank you. 

I wish there were more staff like that who worry about people. I would like Officer Mtgombeni to know that I really appreciate his concern.
