I was on Tuesday morning at the Springs Municipality to pay my account for water and sewerage.
As I am a disabled person and can not stand for a long period I walked to the teller no 3 and was told to stand in the queue.
I told the lady I cannot stand in the queue for long.
She called the supervisor and told me the same story -they don’t have a special pay point for disabled person or old persons anymore.
What about people in wheelchairs?
