I have been using it since its inception, however, the December accounts are still not reflected in the website thus any payment I make has to be estimated or I need to make the effort to go to the municipal office.
The same issue occurred last December, when I had to go to the municipal office to get my outstanding balance.
Am not sure if the website is functional over December.
