To say thank you is sometimes not enough, therefore I needed to put it in writing.
When I was rushed to hospital in January, I ended up in the intensive care unit, and under the care of Dr Johan Reyneke – what a wonderful man.
I almost died and the doctor and staff battled for a few hours to pull me through.
To me it was a case of the heavenly Father placing me in the care of this doctor, to whom I am forever grateful.
Rev Scott Manning came to visit me in hospital, and he prayed for me.
Thank you reverend, and may God bless you.
Back at home I found Bob Gillies had dropped off food.
He is the only man who has a direct line to heaven, I am sure of it.
Johan Gouws brought vegetables, and my neighbour Rick Zwane made sure we had fruit, and gave us more vegetables.
Because I add to my income with recycling, anything I can lay my hands on gets recycled.
Hazel Randal, Danie Venter and Rick always bring recyclables to my house.
Bob, Johan, Hendrik van der Merwe, André Smith, Simon Williams and his wife Glynis Williams, Mike Ferguson and Steve Brenton always bring their recyclables to me.
I am very grateful to all the assistance from everybody.
How can a person say thank you to these wonderful people when you feel thank you is not enough.
They are all still very good to me and my wife Lenie Botha (85).
God bless you all, you are all angels from above.
Boswild Botha.
