Coming or… going?

Honestly – sometimes I am not sure if I’m coming or going.

Hroof…. that sounds a bit silly to me but mom says it all the time when she’s so busy she does not know what to do first.

I, my own furry self, think it is pretty easy to know whether I am coming or going… if I am going down the stairs I get carried and if I am coming up then I have to walk my own self up those nasty suckers.

Unless it is bedtime and then Alpha takes me up.

But lately my head has been all over the place – worse than moms.

I’ve had some serious senior moments when I’m not even sure where I am, let alone who I am.

Of course, I know that I am Miss Fudgie-Wena, but sometimes it all gets a bit fuzzy.

My head leaps around the place without the rest of me – or sometimes the whole of me jerks about – not having a proper fit – just sort of short-circuiting, for want of a better way to explain it.

This darn epilepsy is a pain in the tail I tell you.

Sometimes think I’d just rather have a hissy fit and then have a clear head again.

Except since I started taking those ham covered pills, it does not seem to work like that anymore either.

About those pills… I’m off the ham ones.

So mom tried liver pills.

After a few days I decided those could be done away with too.

I had some wors ones a couple of times but wised up to those quick chop chop.

I fancy the cheese pills… but mom says those are bad for my diet.

A couple of times in the morning, after I’ve had a bad night, I decide to spurn any kind of pill completely.

This drives mom crazy.

She tries to sneak it in-between my fearsome fangs.

Or she tucks it under my top lip.

Sneaky woman!

Once I get the taste of whatever it is my tummy takes over and snarfs the stuff down.

That weaselly mom knows how it works and is relentless on occasions.

Sometimes she offers me a tidbit.

I sniff it – hah – I’m not stupid!

That’s got a pill in it.

Then she takes a nibble of whatever she’s offering.

No – it doesn’t – look.

Sigh… I always get fooled.
