Heartbroken but happy

Heartbroken Bakerton woman writes:

It was absolutely devastating reading the story about two-year-old Zaden who was so badly burned when his flat caught fire.

I can’t help but feel angry because I can’t begin to image the pain that little boy must be feeling right now.

They say burn wounds hurt more than others and I can definitely see the truth in it because even the slightest little burn from the over or stove causes discomfort for days.

On the one hand I want to be angry at the owners of the flats for not keeping a better watch on the condition of the electrics, and on the other hand I want to be angry at the parents for letting such a young child out of their sight.

But at the end of the day, it was an accident and that little boy somehow survived and although he will have to pay dearly for his life, he is still alive.

He will get to go to school, and maybe even university one day.

He will make friends and have relationships.

He is alive by the grace of God and that is all that matters.
