The future of business

There is no such thing as being too young when it comes to running a successful business. With the correct mindset anyone can excel.

Tumelo Mpile (16), Banele Magubane (14), Sandile Kaise (11) and Lindokuhle Mfeka (12) can be seen selling ice treats at the KwaThema complex every weekend.

These four boys have put a whole new twist to on the business market and are popular for their selling tactics.

“We sell our goods differently, we sing and do dances as we approach customers so they can take notice and buy our stock,” says Banele.

This popularity means they often sell out before the soccer games start.

“This is for extra pocket money for the Christmas holidays so we will be able to buy nice things,” says Tumelo.

The boys spend their weekends selling their goods and watching soccer, sometimes they even take part in a few soccer games.

When they grow up they hope to become professionals, but will also keep a business on the side for some extra money.

“I want to become an engineer, but I will always sell something because a business like this will always give you good profit,” says Sandile.
