Three little pigs stolen by big bad wolf

“I went away for a while, knowing that my pigs would be taken care of,”

A case of stock theft was opened at Witbank SAPS after three pigs were stolen from a farmer on the Tweefontein Road.

On Sunday, July 10 at 09:00 Mr Amos Mmakola went away for the day to Marble Hall and left his pigs under the watchful eye of the pig caretaker.

“I went away for a while, knowing that my pigs would be taken care of,” said Mmakola.

When he returned the following day at about 15:00 he noticed that three of his pigs were gone and so was the pig caretaker.

“The pigs he took were one black pig, one black and white and one white pig,” continued Mmakola.

By Tuesday, July 19 the pigs and the pig caretaker still had not returned back.

“My heart is very sore about my pigs that have been taken, I normally raise the pigs until they are old enough to sell,” he continued.

Mmakola has so many pigs that he never got a chance to name his pigs.

“So they are just known as piggy,” said Mmakola.
