Trees were cut, grass weeded and cut and the premises were thoroughly cleaned to promote a more conducive environment for the doctors living at the quarters.

Mr Mandla Bongwe, area coordinator for Community Corrections was happy with the work that the paroles were doing and added that more regular cleaning campaigns should be done at the hospital as it is needed.

The CEO of Witbank Hospital was also pleased with the work done and thanked the department of correctional services.
