A 15-year-old girl was raped twice over a period of two days; unfortunately she does not know who her rapist was and nobody has been arrested yet.
It is alleged that on Tuesday, October 10 at 16:00 when the mother of the 15-year-old girl arrived home she noticed that her daughter was back at home having not slept at home the night before.
That is when the 15-year-old explained to her mother what happened the previous day.
On Monday, October 9 the 15-year-old was walking down the street when she was approached by an unknown man in a black Audi. He asked her for directions and as she stood next to the vehicle giving the driver directions she started to feel dizzy.
The 15-year-old can not remember what happened afterwards, but she woke up in a strange house.
As she lay on the bed, the driver she was speaking to earlier, came into the room armed with a firearm and told her not to make a noise.
He then raped her and left her to sleep. The next morning he woke her up and raped her once again.
After raping her he gave her a lift to Klarinet where he dropped her off and she walked to her house.
A case of rape was opened at Witbank Police Station by the victim’s mother.
On Friday, September 15 in the WITBANK NEWS a similar incident was reported: “Woman raped in Plumer Street”.
On Saturday, September 2 at 15:00 a woman was on her way home, after doing her morning shopping, she was followed by an unknown man.
As she was about to turn around to see who was following her, she recalls all of a sudden losing her vision.
The woman woke up a couple of hours later on the floor in a strange bedroom.
As she looked around the room, the woman saw four unknown men standing in the room.
Not sure what was happening around her or what day it was the woman managed to get a glimpse through the open curtain that it was daylight. At this stage all the men had left the bedroom.
A while later one of the men returned to the bedroom and injected her in the arm again, which made her feel dizzy and very weak.
He then raped her. Once he was done the other three men then raped her as well.
A few days later she managed to escape and found herself in Plumer Street.
Once she left the house she immediately went to Witbank Police Station and opened a case of rape only to find out that it was Monday, September 4.
