Police made yet another breakthrough with drug arrests when they managed to lock up three suspects.

On Wednesday afternoon, November 22 the men in blue were patrolling the Central Business District (CBD). Police came across a man who they searched and he was found with drugs.

The suspect was arrested at Escombe Street.

Earlier that week on Tuesday, November 21, the patrolling of police in the CBD led to the arrest of an 18-year-old boy. He was arrested at 12:15 after he was found in possession of dagga.

An hour later, officers on duty put a 36-year-old man behind bars after he was found with drugs. The arrest was made at Walter Sisulu Street.
