The 32 year-old suspect Thokozani Msibi appeared in court in connection with the kidnapping and the murder of the two Shabani children appeared in court.
The suspect appeared on Tuesday, February 27 at the Witbank Court. People came in their numbers to support the family and officials including ANC regional chairperson Mr Speedy Mashilo, eMalahleni executive mayor Lindiwe Ntshalintshali, traditional leaders Inkosi Nsizwa Mahlangu and other officials.

The case has been postponed to Tuesday, March 6 for a formal bail application the two other suspects will appear in court on Wednesday, February 28.
