Cambridge Academy proudly hosted another exciting archery competition, and all 26 of the Cambridge Archers rose to the challenge with determination and skill.

Held on June 20, the event was filled with energy, and learners showcased their progress and passion for the sport.

The competition saw many archers achieving new personal bests, a clear sign of the growth and dedication within the Cambridge Archery team.

“We saw some incredible performances. The full results are still on their way, but we couldn’t be prouder of the effort and sportsmanship shown by every competitor,” said Leon Jansen van Rensburg from Cambridge Academy.

A highlight of the event was the outstanding achievement of Nicholas Mendez, a Grade 3 learner, who brought home two gold medals and one bronze.

In addition, Cambridge Academy congratulates the sponsored prize winners: Nicholas Mendez, Chloe Richards, and Gulliana Faria.

Their efforts and spirit stood out, earning them well-deserved recognition.

“Well done, Cambridge Lions! Keep aiming high and making us proud.”
