SPCA appalled by dog’s skin found in yard
Mahlangu warns residents in the area to be vigilant and on the lookout for strange activities

The SPCA has expressed shock over the skinning of a dog earlier today.
Inspector Nicholas Mahlangu said he was called out to a house in Extention 8 on June 15 and the caller said they found a dog’s skin in their yard.
“I was shocked when I was shown the skin of a dog. The rest of the dog is nowhere to be found,” Mahlangu said.
“The skin was fairly ‘fresh’ even though it had the most horrendous smell. This horrible act is so cruel. I can not even start to imagine who would do something like this.”
Mahlangu warns residents in the area to be vigilant and on the lookout for strange activities.
If you have any information about this horrific act, contact the SPCA on 013 656 2321.
The photo of the dog skin was not uploaded as it’s to graphic.
