Mother of two in need of help

A mother of two young children is in desperate need of help.

Unemployed Ms Sibongile Mahlangu (39) lives with her two young children Celesta Mahlangu (9) and Clive Mahlangu (4) at Siyanqoba after moving to the area in 2018.

“I use to rent a room at Sizanani informal area until I moved here with my children. I use to be a domestic worker in the city for a long time until I was retrenched. We rely on the grants of the children,” said Ms Mahlangu.

Ms Mahlangu needs food, clothes, furniture, blankets and does not even have money for electricity to be connected.

They use a paraffin stove.

Her children celebrate their birthdays on June 11 Celesta, and Clive on June 12.
