VW partners with Body Under Construction for the Springfest Boot camp.

Volkswagen Bidvest McCarthy Witbank in Highveld collaborated with Body Under Construction.

Khaya Makwetu and Ciwe Makama are the founders and hosts of the Fitness Seven Stars dance and fitness studios.

Body under Construction is one of their fitness boot camps that they usually host on weekends, precisely Saturday mornings.

WITBANK NEWS was invited to attend last Saturday, September 3.

The event was indeed a major success and well organized too, the attendees were in full force as they were getting their summer bodies ready.

The second Springfest Boot camp was properly planned and refreshments were provided.

“We have a boot camp every Saturday. If we don’t have any other events, the boot camp starts at 8:00 until 12:00. We host online zoom training classes Mondays to Fridays at 05:30 and 17:00. We have a studio in Reyno Ridge where we do personal training in smaller groups. The boot camp is open to the public at large and not only gym members; we encourage the community of eMalahleni to come out in numbers to join us. The feedback and support from the trainees have been amazing; people are losing weight and are healthier. A lot of people are usually letting us know how this boot camp has helped them gain their confidence and we as the instructors appreciate that.” Khaya said.
