Accident claims lives of two brothers in eMalahleni

Following the message on the school’s Facebook, friends and peers have taken to social media to share tributes.

A family from eMalahleni is left heartbroken following a tragic accident that claimed the lives of two brothers.

Kgomotso and Mohapi Makhudu died in the accident, which, according to available information, occurred just after midnight near Siyanqoba. The cause of the collision is not yet known.

Kgomotso was a former learner at Hoërskool Patriot, having matriculated in 2021. His younger brother, Mohapi, was a current Grade 10 learner at the same school, where he served as a member of the representative council of learners.

“To the Makhudu family, their friends, and our entire ‘Pattie’ community, we extend our deepest and most heartfelt condolences. We are all deeply affected by the loss of these two exceptional young men,” the school posted on Facebook.
