Vosman SAPS seeks identities of 2 men found dead in Kromdraai

Police are also urging community members with missing relatives to report them to their nearest police station.

The Vosman SAPS is appealing for the community’s help in identifying two men whose bodies were discovered in Kromdraai recently.


Despite the ongoing investigations that they launched from the onset, the identities of the deceased men remain not known.


One of the two deceased is a man who is believed to be between the ages of 40 and 45. According to the police, the deceased was found naked; however, he had no visible injuries.


His clothes were also found next to his lifeless body. The incident occurred on March 23.


The second body was found in a terrible state, and preliminary investigations suggest that he died in a hit-and-run incident. The deceased has dreadlocks, and his body remains at the pathology centre. The incident occurred on March 6.


Anyone with information that might help with the identification of the two men is urged to contact the investigating officer at 076 765 9208.

Police are urging anyone who might know the man or have a missing relative to come forward and help with the identification.
