COURT ORDER
The Respondent, OKUHLE ENGINEERING (PTY) LTD (Registration No:
2023/551488/07), be and is hereby provisionally wound up in the hands of the Master of the High Court;
A rule nisi is hereby issued, calling upon the Respondent and all interested parties to appear and show cause, if any, on
24 July 2026 as number 3 on that days roll at 10:00, or soon thereafter as Counsel may be heard, why:
2.1 The provisional winding-up order granted in paragraph 1 above should not be made final; and
2.2 The costs of this application should not be costs in the winding- up.
The Applicant shall serve a copy of this order upon the following persons: in terms of section
346 (4)(A)
3.1 The Respondent, Okuhle Engineering (Pty) Ltd, at its registered address:
34 Bobmakeirei Drive, Kriel, Mpumalanga, 2271, by Sheriff;
3.2 The employees of the Respondent, if any, at the Respondent`s principal place of business;
3.3 The registered trade unions of the Respondent`s employees, if any;
3.4 The master of the High Court, Mpumalanga Division, Middelburg; and
3.5 The South African Revenue Service (SARS).
The Applicant shall cause a copy of this order to be published in the Government Gazette and in one issue of a local newspaper circulating in the district in which the Respondent`s registered office is situated. The costs of this application are to be costs in the winding-up.
