NOTICE EMAKHAZENI LOCAL MUNICIPALITY NOTICE OF A PPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT OF THE TOWN PLANNING SCHEME, 2020 IN TERMS OF SECTION 66 (1) OF EMAKHAZENI LOCAL MUNICIPAITY SPLATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT BYLAW, 2015.
I, Mamohale Mphuthi authorised agent of the register owner of PTN 1 OF ERF 511 Belfast hereby give notice in terms of Section 66(1) and Chapter 6 of Emakhazeni Local Municipality Spatial Planning and Land Use Management
Bylaw, 2015, that I have applied to the Emakhazeni Local Municipality for amendment of the scheme by Rezoning, on the abovementioned property situated in Belfast.
The property is rezoned from `Residential 1` to `Residential 3` for purpose of developing dwelling units. A copy of the application and supporting documentation are available for viewing during normal office hours at the office of the Municipal Manager, Emakhazeni Local Municipality, Belfast for the period of 30 days from
10 July 2026.
Any objection/s or comments together with reasons therefore in respect of the application must be submitted in the prescribed format, to the Municipal Manager during office hours to the above- mentioned address or at
