JONATHAN van der Berg (18) who went missing from his Amanzintoti home on Saturday could be in Empangeni.
The teen apparently disappeared from his Old Main Road home at around 7pm.
His concerned mother, Sally Schulze, told sister publication South Coast Sun that they had not heard from him since he disappeared.
He was reported missing with the Toti police on Monday.
