Vocalists Sowie and Zakwethu will also be part of the programme.

TUESDAY, 24 NOVEMBER – Zululand Hospice annual Tree of Light

Breaking with tradition because of the Covid-19 lockdown restrictions, this year’s Hospice Tree of Light event will take the form of a virtual remembrance.
It takes place on Tuesday and the community can join in live on the Zululand Hospice Association’s Facebook page for the ceremony and moment of lighting the tree in remembrance of their loved ones.
The service will begin at 6.20pm.
For more information call Hospice on 035 7724910 or 035 7891961.

WEDNESDAY, 16 DECEMBER – The Market Meander

The Market Meander, which has grown in popularity since the first one in August, returns with a Christmas theme.
With stalls located all over Richards Bay, market-goers can wind their way through the suburbs while browsing and buying the many goods on offer.
A list of vendors can be obtained from the Market Meander’s Facebook page closer to the date, and all stallholders will display banners outside their venues on the day.
From clothing to jewellery, arts and crafts, cakes, other eats and drinks and many other items, the market promises something for everyone and a wonderful opportunity to do some Christmas shopping.
