Founded in 2021, the programme is available for 1150 police stations across the country.

The online platform allows users to locate their nearest police station as well as Family Violence, Child Protection, and Sexual Offences FCS office.

Residents can rate SAPS services according to:

*Response time

*Communication

*Conduct

The platform can be used to file reports of corruption relating to bribery, dereliction of duty, extortion, and abuse of power.

Upon filing the report, the user will be prompted to include the incident’s date and time.
