Community pays homage to ‘Googlee’ Singh

Brackenham community lays beloved resident to rest

Businessmen and members of the Brackenham community joined hands in laying the late Paranish Singh to rest. Fondly known as Googlee, his funeral service was held on 20 July. Thanks to the generosity of Anton from Richards Bay Funerals, Googlee had a dignified funeral, free of charge.

‘A massive thank you also goes out to Councillor Lesly Joseph for always coming to the aid of the Brackenham community, for availing the grave site free of charge.’

‘Thank you to Nathan from Zululand Hiring for providing a marquee free of charge, as well as Pastor Shalin from Good Tiding Fellowship, for conducting the service, Rivan Naraidoo from 7th Sign Security Solutions, and a host of family and friends.’

Paranish Singh was born on 1 June 1964 and passed away on 16 July 2021. The son of the late Arjun and Munimah Singh; brother of the late Gelia, Dass, Prem and Ronelle; uncle of Sanjay, Rowanne, Lizzanne and the late Aiden, he leaves behind a host of family and friends who will miss him dearly. He was a beloved resident of Brackenham.
