What registered vaccinees can expect at Life Empangeni Private Hospital:

On arrival staff will ask you for:

  • EVDS vaccination code (sent to you via SMS)
  • Identity document
  • Medical Aid details(if relevant)
  • You will be asked to give your consent to be vaccinated and be advised of the vaccination process and potential side effects.
  • After being vaccinated, you will be asked to wait in a waiting area for 15 minutes to be monitored for any reactions.
