STARTERS

• Create your own salad
• Watermelon, feta and mint salad
• Deep-Fried cheesy potato balls
• Crumbed chicken strips
• Spinach and mozzarella crostini
• Cocktail BBQ basted beef meatballs and red cherry skewers
• Fresh Portuguese rolls with butter

MAIN COURSE

• Peppered beef roast with gravy
• Honey glazed gammon
• Roast chicken thighs with a cranberry sauce
• Savoury rice
• Roast potatoes
• Mediterranean roasted vegetables (butternut, sweet potato, green beans,
  carrots, red peppers, red onions)  

DESSERT

• Christmas pudding with custard
• Vanilla and chocolate mousse tartlets
• Chocolate drizzled fruit skewers
• Coffee/tea station
