Taxi rear-ends car on John Ross highway

One person has been seriously injured in an accident involving a light motor vehicle and a minibus taxi on the John Ross highway this (Monday) afternoon.

The collision occurred between the Alton intersection and Mondi robots creating a heavy traffic backlog.
According to Mounties EMS, six people escaped without injuries.

It is believed the minibus taxi rear-ended a VW Polo.
