Father sentenced to life for rape of daughter (9)

A FATHER who raped his daughter (9) ‘too many times for her to remember’ will spend the rest of his life behind bars.

This after Magistrate WJ Schutte handed down the hefty sentence in the Richards Bay Magistrate’s Court last Friday.

The convict (37), who cannot be named to protect the identity of his young victim, was charged in December 2022 and has remained in police custody since.
