MOTORSPORT enthusiasts are in for a treat this weekend as the much-anticipated Deynecke Engineering

Motorsport Festival gets under way at the ZCBF oval track.

Saturday will see the V8 sprint cars return to Richards Bay. Charles Carlson Jnr, Wild Willie Zurich, Charlize Carlson, Johan Strydom, Kobus Strydom, Ernest Cornelius, Izak Tolmay and Shane Bromilow will be in action alongside all the support classes.

Spectacular FMX action in Richards Bay this weekend

On Sunday there will be hot drifting action from The Don, Damian, Nevash, Paolo, Tiaan, Riaan, Ruan, Morne, Struan, Eric the Viking, Jono and Kalin.

There will also be a big name in spinning in the form of Robin, coming all the way from Bloemfontein.
Alongside her is Chase, Jayden, Kalen, Jarryd, Nolan, Chamlyn, Kim, Kenny, Charline, Jayz, Shelton, Nevs and Preshu.

Jungle Rush FMX bikers will close off the weekend.

Gate times and prices
Saturday: gates open at 8am and racing starts at 6pm.
Sunday: gates open at 10am and the event starts at 3pm.
Weekend tickets: R250 (adults) and R100 (children).
Day tickets: R150 per day Saturday and Sunday. Children R60 per day.
