WATCH: Private game reserve in Zululand region welcomes new residents

Two rehabilitated servals released onto Thula Thula Exclusive Private Game Reserve

TWO rehabilitated servals, rescued in separate instances as young kittens, were this week released into their new home at Thula Thula Exclusive Private Game Reserve.

Zuri and Maku underwent intensive rehabilitation at FreeMe Wildlife in Howick before being deemed healthy enough to be released into the wild.

They will spend some time in a boma at Thula Thula to become acclimatised to their new environment before being able to roam the full extent of the game reserve.

Read Zuri and Maku’s full story in this week’s ZO Weekender.
