Help Empangeni SAPS find missing woman (23)

Empangeni police have made an appeal to the public for assistance in locating missing person, Ntokozo Nondumiso Cebekhulu (23).

She was last seen wearing a striped skirt on Monday, 14 July, at Qhibikhowe, eNseleni near the Myeni tavern with her boyfriend, who was driving a white BMW.
