Event organiser Siphesihle Sihlali said they wanted to host young women in one room where they would be able to share their everyday challenges and find ways to overcome them.
“We also wanted to tell young women, especially those still in high school, that it is okay to fault but the important thing is finding your feet again.
“One can’t always focus on the pain they are going through but also find ways to overcome it.
“We are all going through something and through our lenses, we believe there is no coming out of it, but if we share them someone might have a solution.

“This will ensure you work towards that goal.
“It is also important to regularly visit your draft and mark your achievements.
“Always remember, your dreams are valid,” she explained.
Siphesihle added the initiative was supposed to be a once-off but due to the positive feedback they are motivated to host many more.
