Tsakani top cop to focus on fighting crime
During his time in Tsakani, he served with leadership and skill.
Tsakani – Col Goodall Mbatha has been appointed as the new top cop at Tsakani Police Station after taking the baton from former station commander Col Johannes Maass.
Mbatha has served in the SAPS for 33 years and Tsakani for eight years from 2004 to 2021 as Vispol operational commander.
Tsakani police intensify fight against crime
During his time, he served with leadership and skills before leaving to further his career.
He also served the community with dignity and integrity and believes a police officer’s place is on the streets to make the community safe.
Mbatha believes in partnership with different stakeholders to fight crime.
“If we all work hand in glove, we will be able to prevent and fight crime.
“All I am expecting from the officers is for the work to be done and for everyone to play their part in serving the community.
“With disciplined and dedicated members, we will be able to achieve all our set goals and bring order in the area,” he said.
