Most of you or next of kin live in congested RDP houses where you can never expand. Evidence of this is in the small yards you live in.
As a PAC councillor candidate, I promise not only RDP houses but a house with an accommodating yard for your families.
Electricity continues to be a problem in our community; I promise I will work with all schools in developing solar electricity for lights so that our children are able to do homework in the midst of load reduction.
The tender system is corrupt to the core.
Contractors inflate prices in order to give kickbacks to corrupt councillors.
PAC will institute cooperatives that will bring in those unemployed graduates, provide training and experience on the job.
PAC will work hand-in-hand with street vendors, giving assistance and ensuring their business is sustainable and that they contribute to the economy of the community, like identifying one house for each vendor to adopt and help with food monthly.
