Tsakani karateka wins big in tournament
Senpai Mathapelo takes the second position trophy in the Durban Umlazi ShinkyokushinKai tournament
Tsakani: Mathapelo Sibeko finished second in the senior group during the Inter-provincial Durban Umlazi Shinkyokushinkai tournament on Saturday.
The 21-year-old from Tsakani was representing Ferkkandos Club.
Sensei Linda Ngubane is proud of Sibeko’s achievements.
“She continues to make us proud as the club and we are hoping that the young team members are learning from her and they too will make us proud,” said Ngubane.
