SAPS develop leadership skills

Tsakani station commander Colonel Khumbulani Mbatha extended his gratitude to all those who participated in the event.

Kwa-Thema – Learners from secondary schools in the area recently participated in the Junior Commissioner Project at the Tsakani SAPS hall.

The project allowed the learners to develop leadership skills by identifying the root cause of school violence and providing recommendations.

It was one of the projects the SAPS uses to engage with learners through programmes such as the Junior Commissioner Project and the Safer Schools Campaign.

These and other SAPS-driven campaigns seek to ensure that all learners are in a secure, safe learning environment.

Langaville Secondary School, JE Malepe Secondary School, Mamellong Secondary School, Tholulwazi Secondary School, Tsakane Secondary School, Reshogofaditswe Secondary School, Buhlebemfundo secondary school, Mbongeni Mguguli Secondary School and Geluksdal Secondary School participated.
