Remembering the late Mariam Masuku, born on September 2, 1969, and died on September 3.
Deceased: Mariam Masuku was born on September 2, 1969, and died on September 3.
Education: She matriculated from Tsakane Secondary School in 200. She then did ancillary studies at Tsakane Community Centre. She furthered her studies in education at SANTS Private Higher Education Institution, where she attained a diploma in Grade R teaching in 2020.
Community: She started doing community work around Tsakani, where she developed an interest in working with children.
Career: She joined Qedusizi Primary School in 2012 as part of an education school support programme. The school employed her as a Grade R practitioner.
Family: She leaves behind her husband, two daughters, a son, mother and family.
Funeral: The service is on Saturday from 07:00 to 09:00 at His Word Ministries, Ext 15, Tsakani. She will buried at the Vlakfontein Cemetry. Her learners, the Qedusizi staff, her family, and the community will miss her.
