Primary school’s Career Dress Up Day encourages learners to dream big
Grade Seven learners at Ntokozweni Primary School in Kwa-Thema dressed up for success during their Career Dress Up Day, filled with inspiration, fun, and learning.
Kwa-Thema – Ntokozweni Primary School recently hosted a Career Dress Up Day for Grade Seven learners. The aim of the day, organised by Thembisile Moeketsane, Nomusa Xundu, and Nomusa Zwane, was to encourage learners to dream big.
“With a Career Dress Up Day at a primary school, we want to introduce young learners to a wide range of professions in an engaging and age-appropriate way.
“It serves as an opportunity to spark curiosity and inspire children to start thinking about their future goals. By interacting with professionals from different fields, learners begin to understand the importance of education and how it connects to real-world careers,” explained Zwane.
“Career day also helps children recognise their interests and strengths, encouraging self-confidence and ambition.
