Ayoba/Movers crushes African Gunners

Gunners and Ayoba/Movers displayed magnificent soccer during their game at KwaThema's Extension Two Legacy Ground on Saturday.

It seemed African Gunners from Thembisa would emerge victorious against Ayoba/Movers but it was not to be during their premier league match on Saturday.

The opening moments of the match saw the players not being eager enough to take home the win.

Gunners were the first to get their rhythm and resulted in Thulani Yaka scoring a goal for his team.

Thulani’s goal put more pressure on Ayoba that did not want to register a loss to their name while playing on their home ground.

Believing in Ayoba’s boys was the one thing that the supporters who came out in numbers did not lose.

Ayoba’s Junior Qwele did not disappoint the supporters and the team management but scored the first goal for the team.

The game continued with an equal score until Kwanda Mdingi put Ayoba in the lead.

Things turned even more sour for the Gunners as Ayoba did not give them any chance to score another goal but scored more goals.

The third goal for Ayoba was scored by Regenald Mhlanga. Gunners’ goalie had a rough time as Ayoba’s players kept on knocking on his door.

The fourth goal was scored by Sandile Mahlangu and that led to two more goals being scored during the second half of the game.

Siya Sibisi also scored a goal and Sandile came back again to score the last goal that saw Ayoba/Movers winning the game by 6-1.
