Ace Auto Ayoba Academy U11s retain their championship title
The Ace Auto Academy’s U11s finished the season as championships for the second time, with coach Mayoyo expressing that the team did well throughout.
Kwa-Thema – Ace Auto Ayoba Academy U11s successfully defended their championship title, winning the Springs Local Football Association (LFA) Stream B title for the second year running, in 2025 and 2026.
This was coach Innocent Moyoyo’s first time coaching the junior team in his life. He shared that taking charge of the little ones at the start of 2026 was a brave new challenge.
He said many doubted he could handle the youngest group, and now he’s answered with a trophy.
“The boys fought hard. These boys have small feet but big hearts. We told them from day one it wasn’t about size or age, but about heart and playing for each other.
“To win once is special. To do it again back-to-back with this young group is incredible,” said coach Mayoyo, beaming with pride.
Mayoyo said the team showed true Ayoba fighting spirit all season, never giving up even when games were tough, and that their discipline, teamwork, and love for the game carried them through.
The academy congratulates Coach Mayoyo on his courage to take on a new challenge and the U11 boys on making Kwa-Thema proud.
