Pam Faku is set to launch Two DNAs, a deeply emotional novel that unpacks love, loss, secrets, and the complexities of human relationships.
Kwa-Thema – Pam Faku is a passionate storyteller whose work explores human emotion, identity, and the complexities of relationships.
Faku, a philanthropist and entrepreneur, is set to launch a new book called Two DNAs.
Two DNAs mark a significant milestone in her literary journey, positioning her as a powerful new voice in contemporary storytelling.
Faku’s new book is a gripping and emotionally layered story that explores the complexities of identity, the weight of silence, and the truths that refuse to remain buried.
The book reflects on a deeply emotional story of love, loss, and the life-changing power of hidden truths.
“Two DNAs is a powerful reflection on love, family, and the unseen battles many people carry within themselves.
“The book takes readers on a moving journey through intertwined lives shaped by secrets, heartbreak, and the difficult choices that define who we become.
“As long-held truths begin to surface, everything the characters believed about themselves and their relationships is called into question,” explained Faku.
“This book is about the truths we hide and the ones that refuse to stay hidden,” she said.
With a storytelling style that is both intimate and thought-provoking, Faku does more than tell a story; she creates an experience.
Readers are invited to confront their own realities, reflect on the emotional weight of unspoken truths, and consider the cost and necessity of honesty.

Fall further explained that the book speaks to universal human experiences that cut across age, background, and circumstance.
“At its core, the narrative draws readers into deeply familiar yet often unspoken emotional terrain.
“It explores the pain of loss and the quiet, often lonely process of emotional survival. It unpacks the weight of secrets carried within families and relationships – truths buried for the sake of peace, but never truly forgotten,” she cited.
She emphasised that through its characters, the story reflects the ongoing search for identity and belonging, especially in spaces where certainty is fragile and fractured.
“Most importantly, it highlights the courage it takes to confront uncomfortable truths,” she added.

Faku does not shy away from the emotional cost of honesty; instead, she leans into it, showing how truth can both wound and liberate.
In capturing these layered struggles, Faku creates a narrative that feels close to lived experience.
The story becomes more than fiction; it becomes a mirror, inviting readers to reflect, to feel, and ultimately to begin the process of healing, while acknowledging that truth often comes with consequences that cannot be avoided.
“Many of us carry things we do not talk about. This book opens that space. It reminds us that even in heartbreak and confusion, healing is possible, but sometimes, the truth comes at a cost,” Faku mentioned.
The official book launch is scheduled for November, while the book is available for purchase.
