Ridge Park collaborated with Bianca Hall, a talented knitter, to give back to the community by launching a blanket drive in the beginning of June.

The charity initiative was aimed at providing warmth to those in need, and the response was nothing short of heart-warming.

The drive took place over a period of two weeks, and with the support of the local community, it achieved immense success with over 200 items being donated alongside Bianca Hall’s creations.

Hall, who donated over two hundred hand-knitted scarfs, beanies, and socks, was an integral part in the success of the day. After spending months on the project, Hall was happy to give back to the community alongside Ridge Park by spreading some warmth and love to those in need.

Along with the drive, Ridge Park Sports Club and Walking Tall collaborate equally with a weekly feeding scheme, where they continue to give back to the community by feeding over 150 people per week.

Ridge Park Sports Club and Bianca Hall would like to thank everyone who participated in the initiative and would like to encourage others to try and give back to their community.
