Suspect arrested for Brackenhurst burglary
A suspect was arrested at Mcbride Street, Brackenhurst, for house burglary.
Fox Security arrested a suspect for a house burglary in Mcbride Street, Brackenhurst, on January 18.
According to the tactical respond officer of Fox Security, Frikkie Whitehorn, a client contacted their control room stating that someone was breaking into their neighbour’s house.
“Our reaction responded in seconds and could not find the suspect as he had jumped over the walls of the other houses,” said Whitehorn.
The description and information of the suspect were shared with all of the tactical and reaction units on the road.
“One of our reaction personnel spotted him running into the veld but he could not get away this time from our tactical units,” Whitehorn explained.
Sergeant Venter from Brackendowns SAPS was called to make the official arrest of the suspect.
