A man was recently arrested in David Street in Verwoerdpark by CPS Security.
“Our control room received a call from a client stating that an unknown male was attempting to break into the premises and they had a visual of the perpetrator.
“Our reaction and tactical officers responded to the call and managed to apprehend one suspect, who was found in possession of stolen goods,” said Tyrone van der Merwe, sales director of CPS Security.
On further investigation, it was determined that the stolen items were taken from the neighbours’ property next door.
Alberton SAPS were contacted and a case of house burglary was opened.
