Teamwork leads to arrest of three suspects in Brackenhurst
The suspects are linked to cases ranging from hijacking to armed robbery and house break-ins.
Three suspects have been arrested after a lookout was circulated for a vehicle used in an armed robbery in the Brackenhurst area.
According to Francois Jansen, operations director of Fox Security, the vehicle was spotted by a member of the public which notified security companies.
“Fox Security, together with CPS Security responded with a result of three suspects being apprehended.”
Jansen said the suspects are linked to cases ranging from hijacking to armed robbery and house break-ins. Stolen goods and a firearm were recovered on the scene.
The suspects have been detained at Alberton SAPS.
“A big thank you to the members of Alberton/Brackendowns/Mondeor SAPS and EMPD for the assistance,” said Jansen.
