Police appeal for information as murderers flee scene following rush-hour attack.

Bedfordview police have opened a murder case after a man was shot and killed at the intersection of Van Buuren and Van der Linde roads on November 25 at around 16:00.

Sergeant Lillian Modiga, the communication liaison officer for the Bedfordview SAPS said eyewitnesses reported that a silver-grey VW Polo, carrying two occupants, stopped behind the victim’s white Toyota Quest at a red light.

“When the traffic light turned green, they pulled alongside the victim’s vehicle,” said Modiga.
