Honouring fallen soldiers
The Reveille Shellhole commemorated the 100 year anniversary of the World War One Battle of Delville Wood, on July 17.
The 1916 battle claimed the lives of over 2 500 South African soldiers.
A Delville Wood Parade was held by the Memorable Order Of Tin Hats (Moths), the Benoni High School Pipe Band and Scouts, in memory of the battle.
A march, the lowering of the South African flag and the laying of wreaths were all part of the parade.
