The best of both stores
Bradlows and Morkels bring you the best of both businesses.
The two stores are now located in one store, at 57 Prince’s Avenue.
The official opening took place on Wednesday, October 22, and was attended by customers and staff members.
Rieesa Katz, Benoni area manager for Bradlows and Morkels, said they hope to extend their helping hand to Benoni communities.
“We would like to give back to the community that has been supporting the brands for the past 40 years, because the dedication and loyalty from customers is tremendous and we thank them,” said Katz.
Some of the community projects in which the store has taken part include supporting a Cloverdene Church, which had their TV stolen during a robbery.
“We used this opportunity to assist the church and sponsored them with a 32-inch LG LED TV; the church and congregation were overwhelmed when presented with the gift,” said Katz.
Customers were treated to a grand experience, enjoying snacks and drinks during the opening.
