Mr Mag Man wins top diamond award

There were diamond, gold, silver and bronze award categories and Mr Mag Man beat all other tyre retailers and fitment centres in the Ekurhuleni region, to clinch the top awards in the tyre retailers and fitment category.

The awards set a benchmark for the industry and a goal for others to aspire to; they also generate general, as well as brand awareness, of companies.

The marketing manager at Mr Mag Man Autospares, Mohammad Essop, said the awards were a culmination of a research process, whereby companies and institutions are rated based on respondents’ perceptions, with a strong focus on evaluating and measuring customer service and satisfaction.

In addition, the awards recognised companies and institutions doing most in their sectors over the past 12 months to stimulate economic growth and development of Ekurhuleni.

“Mr Mag Man tyre retailers and fitment centre was found to be outstanding, rated by random provincial samples of 100 respondents, comprising chief executive officers, managing directors, business owners, company directors, senior managers and government officials, based in the Ekurhuleni region,” said Essop.

Essop said they were excited to win the award, considering that, unlike their competitors, they are independent and have only one branch which is in Benoni.

He thanked all his staff for the award.
