Yoga for charity
The Anti-Gravity Studio and the Trinergy Health and Fitness Centre recently entertained young people from John Wesley Home.
The initiative was part of both companies’ initiatives to give back to the community.
Trinergy treated them to a complimentary boot-camp and breakfast, and the Anti-Gravity Studio entertained them with an aerial-style yoga class and chocolates.
“It was a wonderful experience for us to interact with these lovely children and make them feel special,” said Candice Baker, from Anti-Gravity.
Ryan Manthe, the owner of Trinergy, also expressed his appreciation for a day well spent with the children.
“It was a Trinergy’s one-year anniversary, and we believe it is important to give something back to the community,” he said.
